Five gates · one love
Five simple acts of love that quietly turn a hard life toward the love of God.
These are the karma twisters — small things anyone can begin, of any background, asking nothing of you to start.
Enter through whichever one calls you. Later you will find there are four more — and that together they lift you, turn by turn, up and out toward the love of God.
In order of effort — from the easiest first step to the most tender, careful service. Each is its own door, with its own book or app.
The five services are not a ladder you climb once. They are a wheel — each turn feeds the next, until the circle becomes an upward spiral.
Tap any gate to enter. One Leaf is open now; the others are on their way.
It begins in grace. The Vaishnavas come to us first and give freely — we do nothing to earn it.
Then our own serving begins, and climbs: we chant, we tend Tulasi, we fast, we serve the cow — and at the summit we serve the Vaishnavas in turn, now with understanding.
Then the wheel comes round again, higher than before. Each seva feeds the next, devotion gathers momentum, the effort grows lighter — up, and out, toward the love of God.
A flywheel that becomes a spiral — turning in a circle, then rising up and out.
You do not have to leave your religion to begin. Whatever name you call God by, these five services belong to you.
The door is open to everyone — believer or doubter, the spotless or the fallen. Start with one small thing. That is all it takes.
